70th WHA resolution on Hearing Loss

A resolution on hearing loss was unanimously approved and adopted by the Assembly which saw the participation of A large number of Member States and 2 NGOs, many of them speaking on behalf of multiple Member States Please see the resolution here: Proceedings and statements can be viewed online WHO press release: IAP for Health Call for Action to Strengthen Healthcare for Hearing Loss which was endorsed by over 40 member academies is available at the link. This resolution will provide new direction and impetus to global efforts in this field. |
