FEAM publishes Human Genome Editing Workshop report

The Federation of European Academies of Medicine (FEAM) brings together national Academies of Medicine and Medical Sections of Academies of Sciences in Europe; to provide them with a platform to formulate their collective voice on matters concerning human and animal medicine in Europe, and to extend to the European authorities the advisory role that they exercise in their own countries on those matters.

With a mission to underpin European biomedical policy with the best scientific advice drawn from across Europe, and to improve the health, safety and wealth of European citizens through research by promoting a nurturing, creative and sustainable environment for medical research and training in Europe, FEAM is an observer of the IAP for Health Executive Committee.
Recently FEAM published a report on Human Genome Editing, outcome of a workshop held on 28 April 2016 at the French Academy of Medicine, Paris with the financial support of the InterAcademy Partnership for Health and the Foundation of the French Academy of Medicine (FAM).
